PMP庐 Exam Preparation is a 6-week course designed for experienced project managers to enhance their knowledge of and skills in the field. 草榴社区's course is a mix of asynchronous online coursework and assessments with weekly live virtual class sessions led by faculty for increased valuable interaction between you, faculty and peer professionals during the course.
As a Project Management Institute Authorized Training Partner (ATP), 草榴社区's course enables students to gain insight into the structure, grading system and study strategies required for the Project Management Professional (PMP庐) Certification Exam. Course content includes the five process groups and 10 knowledge areas addressed in the latest edition of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK庐 Guide).
For students preparing to sit for the PMP庐 Exam, there are additional prerequisites you need to meet before you are qualified to take the exam (i.e. hours worked as a project manager). These prerequisites can be found on the .
