The Mullen Center theaters have wheelchair-accessible locations. Features of these accessible locations include stair-free access and either open space to accommodate a variety of mobility devices, or an upholstered, loose chair can be provided. For personal assistance selecting accessible seats or for more information about accessibility for a person with a disability, please contact the Box Office.

Accessible Restrooms

All Mullen Center public restrooms are accessible.

HEARING IMPAIRED

The Mullen Center is equipped with the Hearing Loop/T-coil system.

A t-coil, or telecoil, is a small copper coil in a hearing aid that functions as a wireless antenna that links to a sound system or PA system, delivering customized sound to the hearing aid wearer. It is an option on most hearing aids and is generally in all cochlear implant processors.

Complimentary assistive-listening devices are available through the Box Office, Ushers, or House Manager. If you are using one, please keep the level turned down as low as comfortably possible during the performance. The noise can disturb other patrons and the performers.

This blue symbol indicates that a Hearing Loop is available.

Activate the T-coil on your hearing device to hear clear sound with less background noise directly through your device.

If you do not have a T-coil enabled device, please request a T-coil headset or receiver from the Box Office.

A blue symbol with an ear that denotes hearing assistance devices are available.

VISUALLY IMPAIRED

A limited number of seating locations near the stage have been reserved for the exclusive use of patrons with low vision or blindness. Please contact the Box Office for location and availability for specific venues and events.

Currently, the Mullen Center does not offer Braille tickets or programs.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Trained Service Animals are welcome in all venues in the Mullen Center. Typically, the space under each seat will accommodate a trained service animal during a performance. If additional space is needed, please contact the Box Office.

Personal Care Attendant (PCA)

For any guest with disabilities who requires a paid Personal Care Attendant, we will provide a PCA-Pass at no cost with a paid admission. Any guest who requires a PCA and wishes to purchase advance tickets should contact the Box Office.

The PCA-Pass may be picked up in-person by the guest and the PCA at the Box Office no sooner than two hours prior to the performance.

PARKING

Accessible parking spaces are located on all levels of the parking garage, and there is an elevator towards the Ithan Avenue side of the garage.  Please be advised that accessible spaces are first come, first served upon arrival.
