INTRO TO PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Introduction to Project Management provides a broad overview of the field and profession of project management. Students will get a preliminary introduction to traditional (waterfall), agile, and hybrid project management methods, as well as gain knowledge from case studies.

With a focus on practical application, these tools and techniques will benefit you whether you are working officially as a project manager or if project management is simply a skill that would benefit you in another role.

Meet the Instructor

rinaldi_richard
Richard Rinaldi, MBA, PMP, A-CSM, A-CSPO is an adjunct professor for project management with 10+ years of experience in applying hybrid and agile methodologies in the not-for-profit and health care spaces. He serves as the director of project management for a national behavioral health care company and is passionate about supporting diverse teams from all industries to get work done together on complex projects. Rich has trained project managers at all levels of organizations and has spoken at the Global PMI Summit. He serves as the VP of Finance and Treasurer for the PMI Delaware Valley Chapter as well as a board member for the Narberth Library. He and his wife Hadley live in Narberth with their toddler son Beau.
