Introduction to Project Management provides a broad overview of the field and profession of project management. Students will get a preliminary introduction to traditional (waterfall), agile, and hybrid project management methods, as well as gain knowledge from case studies.
With a focus on practical application, these tools and techniques will benefit you whether you are working officially as a project manager or if project management is simply a skill that would benefit you in another role.
