Trial team success at University of Florida Trial Advocacy Tournament

This month, four 草榴社区 Law National Trial Team students competed and finished as quarterfinalists in the University of Florida National Trial Advocacy Tournament in Gainesville, Florida. Samuel Cooper 鈥19, Samantha Fitzpatrick 鈥19, Jordan Morgan 鈥19 and LaVelle King 鈥18 competed against teams from law schools across the country, including Florida State University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law and Louisiana State University.

The team argued a criminal case involving an Involuntary Manslaughter while DUI charge. The team was coached by Steven Patton 鈥15 and Zachary Wynkoop, both of whom are Assistant District Attorneys in Philadelphia.
